We guarantee that you will improve your vertical jump by 3" or get 5% faster in your first 30 sessions. Most athletes accomplish both, often in less time.

How do I get started?
All new athletes are invited to take a free trial class in one of our programs.
To go forward with training, Varsity and JV athletes will have to complete an athletic assessment with us.
After the assessment is complete, train 2-4 days/week in our programs
How many athletes are in a group?
The maximum we will take in a normal class is 9 athletes in the JV/Varsity program
Are groups co-ed?
Yes
How do I schedule classes?
All athletes can schedule their classes with the Push Press Member app. You are not locked into certain days and times. You can select the appropriate classes that fit your schedule best. All athletes must be signed up for groups.
What happens if I miss a class?
For the summer program, all sessions must be completed from June 16 - August 16. For example, 2 times per week would be 18 total sessions during that time.
Any missed classes will be lost after August 16. We cannot accommodate any exceptions to this for the summer program.
