More advanced techniques to improve sports performance

Athletes in the Varsity program refine their speed mechanics, with more advanced means. Resistance, assistance, and reaction are among the methods used in the speed program.

The athletes also perform more complex exercise progressions in the weight room.

Benefits of training in the Varsity class include:

  • Sprinting at top speed
  • Getting in and out of cuts quickly
  • Improving strength and power rapidly
  • Ability to react
  • Improved conditioning and endurance
  • Resistance to injury

At this stage, athletes are going to be able to develop top speed sprinting better than before. Once kids start to go through puberty they can develop that skill. They will also start to increase their strength and power at an accelerated rate.
