Just like with fitness and performance training, getting proper nutritional guidance and coaching is the best way to reach your goals. Simply receiving a meal plan is not usually enough to create the type of positive changes you are looking for. Let’s take a hands on approach to helping you take action to reaching your goals.
What is nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching is the process of reaching a goal that is important to you. We determine where you are at, where you want to go, and how we are going to get there together. Having a coach is important to receive the guidance and accountability to reach your goal.
Do you give out meal plans?
No. Coaching is about taking action to making long term lifestyle changes. The same way we would not just hand out a workout, we do not just hand out meal plans for you to follow blindly. We are here to help you through the whole process.
Is this a weight loss program?
It can be, but not necessarily. Many will be looking to lose weight. Some might want to gain weight. Others just want to generally look and feel better. We will look further into what goals are important to you.
Do you recommend any diets?
Not specifically. There are certain diets that may work for some but this is not a promotion of one specific diet methodology.
