"The Oliver Ames Girls Basketball Team has been using the services of Evolution Sports Performance for the past 2 seasons. Our intent behind bringing this incredible program was really two fold, the first being sport specific training as well as injury prevention. I am pleased to say that a third wonderful benefit has surfaced and has truly impacted our success over the past 2 seasons. That benefit is team bonding. Our athletes are faster, stronger smarter, but are more committed to becoming a successful team as a result of our partnership with Evolution. Each and every trainer has provided individual attention to our athletes and has pushed them beyond the limits that the girls could have ever thought possible. Each of their trainers is knowledgeable, friendly and are true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone who has a dream to become the best that they can be."
