Evolution Sports Performance can generally produce an 11% increase in speed, 14% increase in vertical power and a 15% to 24% increase in functional strength within 16 sessions. Anybody can say they are good, at ESP the numbers don't lie.
Training sessions are generally held at the team's own training facility or at Evolution Sports Performance's Kingston or Easton facility.
