For our Varsity athletes the highest level for our scholastic athletes our program helps to develope neuro-muscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. With our Varsity program, athletes refine speed mechanics, build single leg strength and stability, and increase the development of explosive power. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.
The Evolution Sports Performance programs for semi-professional, professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. We customize training for each athlete to include maximum intensity, flexibility, and muscle regeneration programs. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, which includes fine-tuning specific movement.
At Evolution Sports Performance we also offer team specific training for: Baseball, Football, Men’s Basketball, Women's Basketball, Field Hockey and Volleyball.

About Evolution Sports Performance
Evolution Sports Performance is the South Shore's premier athletic training facility. Each of our coaches holds a degree in exercise physiology, USAW Certified, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and are all former collegiate or professional athletes. We couldn't teach you how to get there if we haven't been there ourselves.
Evolution Sports Performance was founded to help athletes of all ages to strive to be their best, not only in sports but in life. Our teaching methodology is designed to achieve three goals:
1. Improve speed, power, agility, coordination, quickness, balance and explosiveness.
2. Injury prevention through advanced single leg stabilization techniques.
