

Varsity, Speed and Strength Training Program (Ages 15 to 18)
Varsity is the highest level for our scholastic athletes. Athletes in this program have developed neuro-muscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power.
In the Varsity program, athletes refine speed mechanics, build single leg strength and stability, and increase the development of explosive power. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.
During the ninety minute session, training begins to resemble the demands of their sport. Intensity, discipline, and focus are increased to create a game-like atmosphere. This program focuses on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery.
We provide endless varieties of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, the weight lifting program is custom designed for the athlete's main sport of competition.
